In collaboration with our governance, families, and staff of YPSA, we would like to present YPSA’s COVID-19 Safety Plan. This plan includes the COVID-19 Prevention Program , COVID-19 School Guidance Checklist, current SCPH Quarantine Decision Forest k-12 Schools, and YPSA’s COVID-19 Illness and Response Flowchart.
