Regular board meetings for 2012-13 have been scheduled for:  August 13, 2012;  September 10, 2012; October 8, 2012; November 12, 2012; December 10, 2012; January 14, 2013; February 11; 2013, March 11, 2013;  April 8, 2013;  May 13, 2013; June 10, 2013 and July 8, 2013.  All meetings start at 6:00 PM and are conducted in the Lisbon Elementary School Library.



Special Board meetings are called as needed with at least 24 hours advance notice.



Notice of regular and special meetings are posted at two conspicuous places at the Lisbon site: front office window and library window.  Notices are also posted at the school’s website at www.ypsacharter.org under the Board of Directors tab.

Members of the Board and Central Office Staff (i.e., Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents) work pro bono.  They are not compensated by either the charter school or the Urban Charter Schools Collective.

At the annual organizational meeting on October 10, 2011, new board officers were elected for a year-long term.  Kou Xiong was elected president.  Frank O’Connor was elected vice president.  Stacie Ivery was elected secretary/treasurer.
